"prior to" in line 16 and all of lines 17 and 18 and inserting
at a time determined by the school, but no later than July 1
each year:
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 3 and 4, by striking out
"following:
(i) The potential"
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 6 through 12, by striking out "or a
range of the" in line 6 and all of lines 7 through 12 and
inserting
by the student enrolled at the institution of higher
education, if the loans were to go into repayment as of the date
of the annual notification under this subsection.
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 17 and 18, by striking out all of
said lines
Amend Bill, page 2, line 22, by inserting after "amount."
The statement may include a disclaimer that the information
provided under subsection (a) pertains only to Federal loans
disbursed at the institution that is providing the information
or any loans disbursed directly from the institution.
