(a) Establishment.--
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 24 and 25
(b) Participation.--
(1) No school entity shall be required to utilize the
services of qualified MVP volunteers or to participate in the
program beyond the requirements of section 7(b).
(2) The program shall not supersede or restrict any
school district volunteer programs operating outside of the
program.
