THE AMOUNT COLLECTED UNDER THIS ARTICLE, TEN" in line 12 and all
of lines 13 and 14 and inserting
The tax collected by a booking agent on accommodation fees
under section 210 shall be deposited into the fund and disbursed
upon appropriation for the purpose of promoting tourism in this
Commonwealth.
