Amend Bill, page 2, line 1, by striking out all of said line
and inserting
(a.2) Relief.--[A]
(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), a person
adversely affected by an ordinance,
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 7 and 8
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to a challenge of a
requirement that an owner or other person lawfully in
possession of a firearm report the loss or theft of the
firearm to the municipal police of the jurisdiction in which
the loss or theft is believed to have occurred or to the
Pennsylvania State Police, to be relieved from liability if
the firearm is used in the commission of a crime that results
in bodily injury or serious bodily injury to another
individual or in the death of another individual.
