Amend Bill, page 2, lines 28 through 30, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting

provisions of section 3(a)(6)(i), (ii) and (iii) have been
satisfied.

Provisions and procedures with respect to refusal and
discipline contained in sections 5(a), (c) and (d) and 7 shall
