Amend Bill, page 8, by inserting between lines 15 and 16
(b.2) Minors.--Notwithstanding subsection (b), if the
decedent is a minor, only the following persons, in the absence
of known objections by the decedent, in order of priority
stated, may give all or any part of the decedent's body for any
purpose specified in section 8612:
(1) Either parent.
(2) A guardian of the person of the minor decedent at
the time of the minor's death.
(3) An adult sibling with an established relationship
with the minor decedent.
(4) A grandparent with an established relationship with
the minor decedent.
