2The uniform standards and qualifications shall include a
3mandatory payment in lieu of taxes to be assessed against any
4building or real estate parcel that is used by an institution of
5purely public charity, or that is included among its holdings,
6when the value of each building or parcel equals $1,000,000 or
7more.
