1Amend Bill, page 1, line 17, by inserting after "section."

2 No exemption from any tax upon real property shall be granted 
3by the General Assembly under clause (v) of subsection (a) 
4unless the General Assembly shall provide for the reimbursement 
5of local taxing authorities by or through the Commonwealth for 
6revenue losses occasioned by such exemption.
