1Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 29 and 30

2(3) Notwithstanding paragraphs (1) and (2) of this
3subsection, the use of a riparian buffer that is a minimum of
4150 feet in width shall be required for a stream used as a
5source for drinking water.
