3Section 1. Section 1327.1(i) of the act of March 10, 1949
4(P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, added
5December 21, 1988 (P.L.1321, No.169), is amended to read:

8The" in line 4, all of lines 5 through 30 on page 2, all of
9lines 1 through 30 on page 3, all of lines 1 through 20 and the

11Amend Bill, page 4, line 26, by inserting after "requested"

12 within thirty (30) days of receipt of the documentation

13Amend Bill, page 4, line 30, by striking out the bracket
14after "inadequate." and inserting

15 The home education program is deemed approved unless the 
16supervisor is so notified by the superintendent.

17Amend Bill, pages 5 and 6, lines 1 through 30; page 7, lines
181 through 8, by striking out all of said lines on said pages and
19inserting

20Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2014, or
21immediately, whichever is later.
