12Section 431.3. Distributor License Buy Back Program.--(a)
13The board shall buy back the license of any distributor licensee
14issued under section 431 that:

15(1) determines not to purchase a wine and spirits retail
16license pursuant to Article III-A; and

17(2) attempts to sell the distributor license in the county
18in which it is located for the same amount of money for which
19the license was originally purchased.

20(b) The board shall repurchase the distributor license for
21two times the gross sales of that particular distributor.

22(c) In the case of a distributor license that the board has
23repurchased, the board shall offer that license on a first-come,
24first-served basis in the county in which the license was
25originally located for the same amount for which that license
26was repurchased.
