AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 1950

Amend Bill, page 8, line 10, by inserting after "county."

 The ordinance enacted by the county shall only be valid if the

county has conducted property reassessment within the ten-year

period prior to the effective date of the ordinance or the

county has entered into a contract prior to the effective date

of the ordinance to conduct property reassessment within two

years following the effective date of the ordinance.
