Amend Bill, page 2, line 8, by inserting after "board;"

prohibiting borrowing from the Property Tax Relief Fund;

Amend Bill, page 98, by inserting between lines 18 and 19

Section 8.3.  Title 4 is amended by adding a section to read:

§ 1210.1.  Borrowing from fund prohibited.

There shall be no authority in this Title or in any other law

7

for anyone to borrow from or otherwise encumber any moneys in

8

the Property Tax Relief Fund.
