Subject: Relocation of Gaming Facilities
 
I will be re-introducing legislation, SB 461, which would prohibit the use of state funds for the relocation of any licensed gaming facility. This legislation would also prohibit any state agency from providing state funds to any municipality for the purpose of relocating any licensed gaming facility.
