Subject:	Outdated Administrative Code references

At the suggestion of the Legislative Reference Bureau, I will be introducing legislation amending the Administrative Code of 1929 to remove all references to the Department of Public Welfare and replacing the term with “Department of Human Services,” to reflect the department’s name change made by Act 132 of 2014. There are no substantive amendments to the Administrative Code contained in the legislation. Please join me in co-sponsoring this legislation.
