Subject: Call on EPA to schedule hearings on proposed Clean Power Plan.
 
In the immediate future I will be introducing a resolution that calls on the United States Environmental Protection Agency to schedule public hearings on the proposed Clean Power Plan rule in coalfield communities and to withdraw the proposed rule or reverse it to eliminate the economic shocks that will occur to critical coalfield communities in this Commonwealth and through the United States.
