Subject: Medical Assistance Transportation Program Funding Availibility
 
Please join me in co-sponsoring legislation to ensure that funds for the Medical Assistance Transportation program (MATP) are available for those who need the assistance the most.

MATP coordinates and provides emergency medical transportation to ensure access to health care services for Medical Assistance recipients who have no other means of transportation available. My legislation requires that funds are available for the program can only be used as a payment of last resort for eligible recipients.

Please consider co-sponsoring this important legislation.
