Subject: Marijuana Grow House Disclosure
 
In the near future I plan on introducing legislation to require sellers of residential real estate to disclose if the property has been used a marijuana grow house.

The production of marijuana in enclosed residential spaces can lead to significant problems for future owners including unsafe wiring, re-routed water lines, and mold growth. My legislation would amend Title 68 (Real Property) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require that property disclosure statements include a specific provision regarding past use as a marijuana grow house.
