Subject: Recovery House Legislation
 
This legislative session, I plan to introduce a bill to define recovery houses in Pennsylvania. The legislation will call for the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs to regulate them.

Recovery-based housing is not currently regulated in Pennsylvania. My legislation seeks to establish basic rules and standards governing the health and safety environment of recovery houses.
